Brooks - 3 months
Baby Brooks loves the camera almost as much as his toes! :) He was a sweet little subject as we documented his 100 days birthday.

Gabriel
Sweet baby Gabriel is the son of another one of my favorite wedding couples from last year. He wasn't too excited about making his modeling debut, but in the end allowed a few cute shots. I think he said something about talking to his agent first next time. :) How adorable is he?!

Courtney & Saul
I had a great time getting to know Courtney & Saul a bit during their engagement shoot. I think they had fun too. :) Since they were only in town briefly, I'm so glad we had beautiful weather! I'm really looking forward to their wedding in April!

Jacob - 19 months

Jacob is growing up fast and has really turned into a little boy in the last few months. So naturally it was time for another family photo shoot! There were so many cute faces that I caught, make sure you watch the slideshow for more family fun.
Jacob also wins the award of the most cooperative child between the ages of one and two, which I know makes his parents proud. :)

Sara & Ben
Sara and Ben are a fun couple who are getting married out of town, but wanted engagement portraits with DC flare. We had a cloudy afternoon that never turned "mostly sunny", but it didn't slow us down. I think we walked a few miles, but it was worth it for these great images of this cute couple!

Amanda and Nick
We had a beautiful day on Wednesday for Amanda and Nick's engagement shoot at the National Cathedral. Engagement shoots are fun and I'm always glad to work with couples whose weddings I'm not shooting. Amanda and Nick are having a small wedding ceremony without an official photographer, so they wore their wedding clothes for many of the pictures. Amanda's lovely blue dress matched her beautiful blue eyes. And she was quite the trouper after getting stung by a bee toward the end of the shoot! Portrait shoots are usually not so dangerous. :) Watch the slideshow for more!

Kelly & Jeff
After Hanna came through on Saturday, Sunday was a gorgeous day, perfect for Kelly and Jeff's engagement shoot. We wandered around Old Town and made the most of all the colors and textures we found - they were really good sports and game to do anything I suggested (be sure to watch the slideshow). I had a great time working with them and love so many of the images that capture their relationship. Now I'm looking forward to their wedding in November even more!
