Megan is turning one and has her parents wrapped around her little finger - literally! She's happiest when she has one by each hand, so she can walk like they do. She's the daughter of wedding clients from a few years ago (gorgeous wedding ceremony at Holy Trinity, pictures at the Willard Hotel and reception at the Ronald Reagan Pavilion Room) and it's so much fun to have an excuse to see them again and get to know their daughter too!
Grayson is a busy boy and I think he enjoyed exploring Old Town on a beautiful spring evening. We wanted to capture his beautiful blue eyes, his new walking skills and budding personality. He showed he was all boy as he also enjoyed digging into the dirt and mulch with his fingers. We did save the tulips from him; I think he wanted to pick one for his mom. :)
I'm still catching up on editing. Here are a couple shots from Lenox's two year old shoot, taken mid-December. Such a cute face, if this unbiased Aunt does say so herself. :)
Almost 10 month old Maeve was a trooper for her big photo shoot on a chilly but beautiful fall day. Her favorite part was all the colorful leaves. She was fascinated by them and even tasted a few. :) She has the most beautiful big blue eyes and and makes the silliest faces. It's hard to choose a favorite, but I do love the images with the tree roots!
Nate made us work for his smiles, there were way to many new things to touch and people to watch, but it was worth it for these sweet faces! Happy Birthday, Nate!
I had the pleasure of photographing Jessie and her little brothers, also on Sunday. The pictures are a Christmas present for their mom, isn't that a great idea? The boys have such different personalities, as I'm sure you can see, but are great friends. They were all a lot of fun to work with!
